007 PDA Video Converter is a free easy-to-use application that will allow you to convert various video files into PDA/iPod supported video formats, and extract audio from video files. The video files formats supported by the program are: AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV, RM, RMVB, DivX, ASF, VOB, and 3GP.
The application has an attractive, wizard-like interface, you will have no problems using the program. All you will need to do to convert video is just add a video file, set the start and end point for conversion and click on the start button. Also you will be enabled to adjust video resolution, frame rate, video and audio quality, and specify the output file name. In case you do not have required video codecs, the program will not allow you to add a video file, but will offer you to download them (codecs) from its website. The packs offered are: Windows Media Player 9 Codecs Pack, ffdshow, and K-Lite Codec Pack. Unfortunately, I did not manage to download MOV file, even after installing all the offered codecs. And the quality of the converted AVI file was not good at all. Probably, it is the matter of the trial version only, but who knows...
